This Privacy Policy describes how Tomisha Studios (“Tomisha Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile games, applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The features and third-party services used may differ between our Services. Therefore, not every type of information or service described below applies to every Tomisha Studios product.

Information We Process

Depending on the Service and the features you use, we may process:

• Device and technical information: Device type, operating-system version, app version, language, country or general region, screen characteristics, and technical identifiers.
• Gameplay and usage information: Game progress, scores, achievements, selected settings, feature interactions, advertising interactions, and other gameplay events.

• Advertising information: Advertising identifiers, app-set identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from an IP address, ad impressions, ad views, reward completions, and ad interactions.
• Information you provide: Such as an email address, support request, feedback, or account information when a Service offers those features.
• Purchase information: Product, entitlement, subscription, and transaction status. Payments are processed by the relevant application store, and we do not receive or store complete payment-card details.

Some Services save progress and preferences only on your device. Removing an app or clearing its data may permanently erase locally stored progress.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Services.
• Save game progress, preferences, unlocks, and achievements.
• Adapt content to your language and device settings.
• Measure gameplay, engagement, and product performance.

Advertising

Some Tomisha Studios Services contain advertising. We may use Google AdMob or other advertising providers to display rewarded, interstitial, or other appropriate ad formats.

Advertising providers may automatically collect or receive information such as your IP address, approximate location inferred from that address, advertising or device identifiers, app interactions, ad views, clicks, reward completions, and diagnostic information.

Advertising providers may use this information to provide advertisements, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, personalize advertisements.

Where required by applicable law, we will request or manage your privacy choices before requesting personalized advertising. Depending on your location and choices, you may be shown personalized ads, non-personalized ads, or limited ads.

You may be able to reset or delete your advertising identifier or manage advertising preferences through your device or Google account settings.

Consent and Privacy Choices

In regions where consent or an opt-out mechanism is required, our Services may use Google’s User Messaging Platform or another consent-management solution to present the applicable privacy choices.

If a privacy-options control is available within a Service, you may use it to review or change your choices. You may also have relevant controls in your device, application-store, or Google account settings.

Notifications

Some Services may offer local or push notifications, including gameplay reminders, daily challenges, streak reminders, reward reminders, and inactivity reminders. Notifications are sent only when permitted by your device and applicable operating-system settings.

You can disable notifications at any time through your device’s notification settings. Some notifications may be scheduled locally on your device without transmitting a push-notification token to Tomisha Studios.

Sharing Features

Some Services allow you to create and share content such as score cards, screenshots, achievements, or text. Sharing occurs only when you choose to use the sharing feature.

The content is passed to your device’s native sharing interface. The application or service you select to receive that content processes it under its own privacy policy. Tomisha Studios does not control how a third-party sharing destination uses information you choose to send.

Third-Party Services

Depending on the particular Service, we may use third-party providers such as:

• Google AdMob: Advertising, advertising measurement, and fraud prevention.
• Google Play Services: Platform functionality and related Android services.
• Google Play Billing: Purchases, subscriptions, and entitlement validation.
• Firebase Analytics: Product analytics when enabled in a particular Service.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Crash and stability reporting when enabled.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push notifications when enabled.
• Authentication providers: Account access when a Service offers sign-in functionality.

Unless a particular store listing expressly states otherwise, our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their jurisdiction.
